Simple terms for simple apps.
Provider: DeepHumane Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore, India. Because these apps keep your data on your device, most of the usual fine print simply doesn't apply.
The short version. On iOS, Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA governs your licence — we impose no custom EULA. The apps are provided “as is”; our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us (zero for a free app) and INR 1,000. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Governed by the laws of India, courts at Bengaluru — and you keep every right to approach a consumer forum.
1. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control, subject to the app store's standard terms.
2. Your content stays yours — and stays with you
Documents and data you put into the app remain on your device and remain yours. We take no licence over them and never receive them. Because we hold nothing, we cannot recover your data if you lose your device or delete the app — keep independent backups of anything irreplaceable.
3. Acceptable use
Use the apps only lawfully. You are responsible for what you store and for what you share and with whom; watermarks and scopes assist your judgement but cannot control what a recipient does with an exported copy outside DeepHumane apps.
4. The software
On-device AI classification and personal-information detection are assistive and not guaranteed to be complete or correct — always review before sharing. The apps are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Updates & termination
We may update the apps for security, compatibility and features; material changes to data handling appear in the Privacy Policy first. Stop using the apps any time by deleting them — that deletes the data they hold.

These terms are issued by DeepHumane Technologies Private Limited under its designated legal owner, effective as dated above.
